SERVING THE GLOBE

Global outreach at Providence Church exists to see individuals become fully devoted followers of Jesus by providing opportunities for individuals to be the hands and feet of Jesus and providing educational opportunities related to global issues.

Focus Areas (serving the world):
Focus Areas are opportunities where we can come together with a common goal, and transform a particular community in the world. Current strategic areas include:
Central Asia
China
Kenya
Senegal

Short Term Trips (connecting and serving):
Each year Providence Church offers several mission trips for both adults and youth. The types of trips vary (medical, construction, teaching english, etc), but each trip is designed to allow participants to show Jesus’ love by serving others, grow in their personal walk with God, and gain a new perspective on the world He has created. Partnership with individuals and organizations (serving the world):
Providence Church is currently partnering with organizations who are serving in a variety of ways in other parts of the world. It is our desire to be part of their team as they minister and see the Kingdom advanced in their part of the world. We especially desire to pray for them and the communities where they live and work. When considering applicants for individual financial support, priority is given to Providence Church partners who have demonstrated a commitment to the vision and work of Providence Church, have already served in the church and community, and have spoken with us early in their planning.
