Coming to Northern Chester County in April 2026!
Providence is planting a new church—ProvFairview—in Glenmoore, PA. Our first service is planned for Easter Sunday, April 5th.
ProvFairview is multiplying the Providence DNA to bring the Good News of Jesus to Glenmoore, Honey Brook, Eagleview, Chester Springs, and neighboring communities.
ProvFairview is a community that is….
- Centered on Jesus
- Caring and authentic
- Committed to making disciples
- Celebrating Christ’s coming kingdom
A New Church to Reach New People
Jesus commands us to “go make disciples.” This growing area of Chester County is ethnically diverse with the potential to introduce unchurched or seeking adults, young people, and children to the irresistible love, truth, and hope that only Jesus offers.

FAQs
Q: When will ProvFairview launch?
A: The first service will take place on Easter—April 5, 2026—at 10:30 a.m.
Q: How will ProvFairview be different from Prov West Chester?
A:ProvFairview (formerly ProvNorth) will be part of the Prov family and will share the Providence name, vision, values, and discipleship strategy. ProvFairview will differ as it ministers and shares the gospel in ways that reach the hearts and needs of its unique community.
Q: What will Sunday services be like? Will there be live preaching?
A:Sunday services will take place at 10:30 a.m. and follow the general format and sermon series of Prov West Chester. Live sermons will be preached by Pastor Aaron Chapman and other Prov pastors (e.g. Phil Carnuccio, Josh Crans, and Todd Madonna). ProvFV’s worship team will lead music.
Q: What ministries will be offered?
A: We will have children’s ministry for toddlers to 5th graders, middle and high school ministry for 6th to 12th graders, Life Groups for adults, discipleship classes, local outreach, and more. As the church family grows, ministries will grow.
Q: What if I attend Prov West Chester, but live in the Honey Brook/Exton/Chester Springs area?
A:You can attend any Providence Church; however, if you live closer to ProvFairview, we invite you to visit and consider making ProvFairview your home church.
Q: What teams need help?
A:All of them! We need help with kids and youth ministries, Sunday program, Sunday worship, hospitality, and local outreach…just to name a few.
Q: How can I get involved or stay up-to-date with ProvFairview happenings?
A:Want to learn more about being a part of the core planting team? Interested in joining a Life Group? Want to volunteer to serve? Looking to stay up-to-date? Email
Q: How can I help if I don’t plan to attend ProvFairview?
A:The discernment and launching of ProvFairview has been rooted in the prayers, generous giving, and faithfulness of the Prov family. Even if you’re not planning to attend ProvFairview, keep praying, giving, and leaning in to where God is leading you as a “sender.””
Q: How was Fairview Presbyterian Church (FPC) selected as a location for ProvNorth?
A:FPC has a 200-year history of ministry in the Glenmoore area. Because of declining attendance over the past several years, they have been discerning how the Lord may be leading them to proceed. In early Fall 2025, the Fairview session (elder team) reached out to Providence for information about our church planting strategy. This led to a series of meetings that resulted in the decision that Providence’s northern church plant would begin services at Fairview on April 5, 2026. While a temporary lease agreement has been made, Providence and Fairview leadership are prayerfully moving toward a church adoption.
Q: What does “church adoption” mean?
A:A church adoption is when a healthy church lovingly welcomes a smaller congregation into its family, becoming one church together, and aligning under the adopting church's name (that’s us, Providence), vision, leadership, systems, and culture.
Q: How will the church adoption happen?
A:Providence and Fairview are meeting regularly to discuss and discern decisions moving forward. For adoption to be formally finalized, FPC needs a congregational vote to leave their denomination. This vote will take place in May 2026. Regardless of the outcome of the vote, FPC’s Session has voted that their final service will be held on March 29, 2025.
Q: Why is it called ProvFairview?
A:Providence and Fairview leadership decided that the name ProvFairview both honors the past and looks forward to a new future.
Q: What will happen to the congregation and staff of FPC?
A:The FPC congregation is deeply valued and invited to continue worshiping, serving, and growing together as part of the ProvFairview family. There are five part-time staff at FPC, and three will join the ProvFairview staff. FPC currently does not have a pastor.
Q: How do FPC congregants feel about the adoption?
A:“While many Fairview folks would have preferred to remain with the [denomination], they all recognize that we are diminished to the point that we can no longer complete the Great Commission. Our desire is to see God’s kingdom continue and to flourish in Glenmoore. With prayerful confidence, we believe that joining Providence is the best way for the Lord’s work to continue in this place.” —Aimee Ludt, Session member, Fairview Presbyterian Church
