West Chester Outdoor Advertising Sales Manager
Position Title: West Chester Outdoor Advertising Sales Manager
Reports to: Executive Pastor
Effective Date: September 2023
Status: PT
Position Summary:
Lead the sales and marketing efforts for West Chester Outdoor Advertising. Develop West Chester
Outdoor Advertising into a premier billboard advertising business in the region supporting Prov’s vision
and fiscal needs. Build customer relationships and assist them in meeting their goals. Meet and exceed
annual sales goals. Be a champion for business as mission efforts at Providence.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Sell and manage billboard inventory, ensuring annual sales goals are met.
2. Work independently to prospect, present, and organize follow-ups throughout the sales
process.
3. Identify client needs and develop persuasive proposals to meet needs and opportunities.
4. Negotiate rates, advertising packages and terms with clients and ad agencies.
5. Develop relationships with existing partners, leading to renewals, references, and referrals.
6. Work directly with clients and ad agency personnel to secure signed contracts using
Docusign.
7. Work with the Providence communications team and other volunteers and interns to
develop and maintain our marketing channels including our website, social media, Google
business, Linked In, and chamber relationships.
8. Working with the graphic designer, ensure high quality designs and images on the billboard,
maintaining uptime and resolving issues.
9. Produce a monthly business exec summary.
10. Actively learn and grow through industry readings, OOH books, sales training, and
discussions with other leaders.
11. Work with each client and our Accounting Mgr. to ensure invoices and payments are
accurate and timely.
12. Meet bi-weekly with the Executive Pastor for personal development and business strategy
discussions.
13. Attend monthly Central Support meetings. Attend staff meetings/retreats as possible.
14. All other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
Proven Sales Experience (1-3 years minimum) with sales experience in OOHA preferred
Experience using Salesforce preferred
A clear testimony and ongoing spiritual growth.

ProvKids Administrative Coordinator
Reports to: ProvKids Director
Effective Date: August 2023
Time: PT 20 hours per week
Position Summary:
Work with the Provkids Director and Age Specific Directors to support ministry growth and effectiveness. Coordinate administrative functions within the ProvKids ministry. Support the ministry in leading kids and families to grow in their faith, hope, and love for Jesus.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage General Inquiries and Communications
- Oversee website, social media, Mailchimp, and Remind app
- Schedule and communicate with volunteers for Sunday Provkids classes
- Overseeing Sunday ProvKids Registration. Manage teams and serve in Registration weekly during one of the two Sunday services.
- Assist with curriculum prep
- General purchasing
- Use the Church management system (Planning Center) for scheduling, event registration, etc.
- Manage volunteer clearances
- Create attendance reports for all Sunday Provkids classes
- Meetings/Special Events Assistance
- Provide administrative support for parenting ministry
- Attend all Prov staff meetings and retreats as well as weekly Kids Min team meetings
Essential Skills and Experiences:
- Passion to see kids come to know the Lord and grow as disciples
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one year of administrative experience or project management experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Encouraging and Supportive - Team Player
- Strong ability to multi-task and work independently
- Have proficiency in Google Suite
- Be familiar with social media marketing
