Providence Staff
Providence church is an elder governed and staff led church. Elders are those called by God to oversee the spiritual health of the church and approve the directional and financial plans while providing prayer, wisdom, and care for the church and the pastors. (I Peter 5:1-3) Providence has a plurality of up to 7 elders.
In addition, Providence is staff led. Over 25 Full-time, Part-time, and volunteer staff members lead and support the various ministries of the church and equip and empower others in the body for the works of the ministry. (Ephesians 4:11-13) The Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor partner to lead and support the staff team.
