Lead and grow ProvKids into a thriving, Christ-centered ministry for children from birth through 5th grade. This role works closely with the Lead Pastor to manage communications, scheduling, meetings, and events, while also overseeing the flow and logistics of Sunday services. They collaborate with ministry teams to create Spirit-led, well-executed worship experiences. Position Summary
This key leadership role supports Providence Coatesville’s mission by shepherding the worship life of the church and helping create Christ-centered, Spirit-led Sunday gatherings. The Worship Lead works closely with the Lead Pastor to plan, prepare, and lead engaging corporate worship that aligns with the church’s doctrine, mission, vision, and values. They equip, mentor, and develop a team of musicians and vocalists, cultivating a culture of excellence and participation that invites the congregation to exalt Christ together.
