1.      What is your response to the words, “All I want is for YOU to be glorified?”

2.      Is there something more/deeper to this text than simply Jesus “freaking out?”

3.      Considering 1 Corinthians 3:16-17, how does your perspective change concerning your body or yourself, in light of being God’s sacred temple? Do you recognize that you are set apart, holy and sacred?

4.      If you could be 100% sure that it would be an act of perfect love, would you allow Jesus to cleanse your temple? If so, what might He overturn, cast out, send away, or drive out?

5.      The same Holy Spirit that hovered over the earth at creation (Genesis 1) and raised Jesus Christ from the dead lives in believers (Romans 8:11) with power and authority (Ephesians 1:18-22). God is in the midst of believers through the Holy Spirit. Now contemplate again the cleansing of your temple and sin not ruling over believers (Romans 6:12-14). What can you trust God to address in your life to set you free?
