Book of Mark | Who do you say Jesus is?

1.  Read Mark 8: 22 - 25

When the blind man was only partially healed the first time Jesus touched his eyes, he was probably extremely grateful and willing to accept partial sight, because he knew nothing else.  

      When have you been willing to accept only partial "healing" because you knew nothing else?

 

2.   Read Mark 8: 34 - 36

      What does it mean to you personally to take up your cross?

 

3.    In what ways do you personally need to die in order to live?

 

4.    In what ways is God calling you personally to enter the suffering of obedience?

 

5.     Do you find yourself tempted more often than you would like, to seek and bask in the applause and prosperity of this world?

 

6.     In what ways is He calling you to renounce them, because you have been crucified with Christ, and no longer live, but Christ lives in you?  Galatians 2:20
