1. How do you strengthen your grip and bond with Jesus, so it is not so easily broken? Who holds your grip when your own grip is slipping?
2. God wrote His word in a way to help you grow your confidence, love, and trust in him. It helps you never let go and to hold on with all your might. Are you spending quality time in His word to experience this growing trust and confidence in Jesus through His word?
3. What are examples of ways you feel tossed around when you are not putting your trust and confidence in His word?
4. How do the Davidic Covenant, God’s promises, and the prophecies fulfilled by Jesus strengthen your confidence, trust, or hope in God’s word?
5. What stands in your way of spending quality time in God’s word (e.g., Netflix, media, phone, video games)?
6. What are examples of times your intentions and plans were good, but your timing was not in alignment with God’s timing and plans?
7. God has always moved and been present with His people in every place and circumstance they walk through. Think and testify about times that you have seen evidence of His presence and faithfulness in your journey. 
8. How are you experiencing being part of the Spirit-filled people of God, whose kingdom will reign forever and ever? 
9. Have you allowed your soul to be infused by the love and sacrifice of Jesus in all circumstances, even ones that evoke strong emotional responses (e.g., family, money, sports, politics, driving)?
